How Offday works
Offday is available at participating accommodation. We collect your laundry from your accommodation in the morning, arrange washing, drying and folding, and return it to the same property on the next eligible afternoon. Collection, wash, dry, fold and return are included in the package price.
Packages
- Small — R349, up to 5 kg. For example, 5 light tops, 2 pairs of trousers/shorts, plus underwear and socks.
- Medium — R499, up to 8 kg. For example, 8 light tops, 4 pairs of trousers/shorts, plus underwear and socks.
- Large — R699, up to 12 kg. For example, 12 light tops, 6 pairs of trousers/shorts, plus underwear, socks and a light layer.
Examples are a guide. Your bag must close comfortably and stay within the package's weight limit. If a load is heavier, we'll pause and ask before suggesting the next package — there are no surprise charges.
Packing rules
Place your everyday, machine-washable clothes in your Offday bag and close it securely. Please empty all pockets.
Not included in standard service
- Dry-clean-only items and specialist or delicate care
- Shoes, bedding and duvets
- Leather, and heavily soiled or contaminated items
Special care requests in your notes are reviewed by the team; we'll contact you before doing anything different.
Cancellations and changes
Before we collect, you can ask us to cancel and we'll refund you in full. After collection, contact us from your tracking page and we'll help. We never make a change or extra charge without your agreement.
Terms and claims policyYour private tracking link
After booking you get a private link to follow your order. Anyone with the link can see the order, so keep it private. If you lose it, contact us: we'll check your booking details before helping you back in.
